Duties of the Dynamics CRM Developer Undertake software development with a particular focus on Dynamics CRM. Be involved with the solution to provide Dynamics CRM specific recommendations. Perform system analysis, investigate technical problems and document relevant issues. Liaise with business users and project stakeholders on technical and non-technical matters as required. Skills and Experience Required Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications. Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions developer using modern Microsoft products and cloud platforms including Microsoft .NET Core. C#, javascript and typescript. Experience in configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Experience in D365 Customer Engagement, especially Customer Service. Experience in extending and automating D365, using: Power automate, business process flows, business rules, Javascript, plugins, Functions apps/Logic apps/Canvas apps, Consuming Web APIs. Experience creating and maintaining DevOps build and release pipelines (desired). Experience building web apps with ASP.Net Core and ReactJS (desired).
