Inheriting and working closely with a portfolio of Financial Advisers, you will be responsible for: Executing on an engagement strategy with a view to understanding your clients business objectives, and building a solution to work together to provide support in assiting them achieve their goals. Articulating a value proposition that reflects the benefits of the offer and the organisations competitive advantage, and that ultimately increases client engagement. Increasing engagement with the platform from within your portfolio of clients. Attributes of the person we're looking for: We're hoping to attract individuals who have worked in the Platform space from within the Wealth Management sector. Alternatively, we are also open to Practice Development Managers who understand financial advice. Business acumen - individuals who have a track record of working with Financial Advisers, who are curious, and that have a demonstrated ability to better define and articulate the value proposition. Individuals who enjoys working with people, building long term relationships, and can influence these interactions to outcomes.
