Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Senior Product Manager, Personalisation and Martech We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager for Personalisation & Martech to lead the development and integration of personalisation solutions, impacting over 50 million customer interactions monthly. This role is within the Personalisation Integrations Squad and is crucial for scaling capabilities and delivering measurable results across all customer channels, including app, retail, and contact centre. You will be responsible for shaping and executing product strategies for integration-focused personalisation initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional squads, stakeholders, and partners, you will deliver seamless, data-driven customer journeys powered by automation, insights, and connected technology. What You’ll Be Doing Product Leadership & Strategy: Drive the execution of the personalisation capability blueprint, aligning with users, squads, and customer needs. Contribute to strategic initiatives like Centralised Decisioning, AI acceleration, and My Optus App innovation. Platform & Integration Management: Lead development and delivery of integrated personalisation solutions across channels. Manage roadmaps, backlogs, and vendor partnerships for continuous improvement with measurable outcomes. Cross-Functional Delivery & Impact: Collaborate across teams to enable consistent customer experiences. Coordinate sprints and manage priorities among stakeholders. Agile & Operational Excellence: Operate as a hands-on leader, ensuring deliverables are prioritized and executed efficiently. Drive continuous improvement through analytics and feedback. Partnership & Vendor Collaboration: Maintain relationships with technology partners (e.g., Salesforce, Pega, Google, Lexer) to accelerate integration and enhance capabilities. About You You are a product leader thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment, with strong experience in digital personalisation, product management, and Martech integration. You excel at combining data, technology, and people to solve complex problems and create excellent customer experiences. You’ll Bring Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience. Proven experience in personalisation, digital product management, or MarTech integration. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering ROI through digital capabilities. Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pega Decisioning Engine, Braze, or similar. Comfort with APIs, digital architectures, and agile delivery. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
