Assignment anticipated duration is up to 10 weeks (subject to change depending on the volume) Hourly Rate: $34.58/Hour Super Location : Multiple locations available - Seaford, Blackwood & Halett Cove and Mount Barker Working Arrangements: 100% Onsite Anticipated Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (this might change to less hours, depending on the volume) Ideal Start date: Once training is completed, the start date will be imminent Work Rights: Full working rights in AU Paid Training will likely be in the week of the 17th of June Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and provide a professional, welcoming experience Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and offer service information Conduct pre-appointment calls and liaise with internal admin teams Accept and organise tax return drop-offs Maintain schedules, monitor workflow, and support staffing coordination Verify payment details and manage client data using HandiSoft Process payments, manage office banking, and respond to emails promptly Maintain a paperless environment and uphold COVID-safe protocols Monitor office supplies and support daily operational upkeep What We're Looking For: Previous experience in reception or administrative support Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent time management and attention to detail Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional presentation and a team-focused attitude * Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
