Our client is a highly regarded property and development advisory consultancy based in Brisbane, renowned for delivering high-quality development, design, and project management services to an established client base of high-net-worth individuals and repeat corporate clients. Due to sustained growth and a strong project pipeline, the business is seeking an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join their close-knit team. About the Role Reporting directly to a Project Director, you will manage multiple projects concurrently across the Retail, Hotels, Commercial, and Education sectors in 3 different states of Australia. These projects typically range from $8M to $20M, sitting in the consultancy's "sweet spot" for impactful and hands-on delivery. Your role will span the full project lifecycle, from design coordination and development applications through to delivery and handover. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with two Directors who bring exceptional industry experience and a passion for mentoring the next generation of property professionals. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 7 years of industry experience, ideally from a background in design, town planning, or quantity surveying. You must be confident in leading development applications and design management, with a strong understanding of project delivery processes and managing external consultants and clients. Tertiary qualification (bachelor’s degree) in Construction Management, Architecture, Town Planning, or Quantity Surveying. Strong understanding of development and DA processes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
