About the Role: This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Commercial Broker to step into a key position, taking over a select portfolio of important clients currently managed by the General Manager. Alongside managing and growing this portfolio , you’ll play a central role in mentoring a team of junior brokers — many in the early stages of their careers and eager to learn. You won’t be placed into a static portfolio. Instead, you’ll work closely with the leadership team, tapping into strong referral networks and new business channels, allowing you to help shape and grow the commercial offering over time.
