Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service in response to phone and written inquiries. Guide customers through billing processes and Child Care Subsidy queries. Interpret and explain account statements clearly and effectively. Maintain accurate customer records and manage debtor accounts. Investigate and resolve customer concerns and grievances.
