Job Description 1. Kitchen & cleaning duties: Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, preparation, and storage areas; operate dishwashing machines; follow deep-cleaning schedules and proper waste disposal procedures. 2. Stock & equipment handling: Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing stock; ensure equipment is clean, sanitized, and properly maintained; report maintenance needs. 3.
