In this role, you will be responsible for: Reviewing all content to be delivered and explained in a digestible format, including assessment tasks Ensuring that all required content is covered based on the Instructional Guidelines Delivering 1-2 day seminars for students that meet all learning and assessment requirements Conducting 2-3 hour private online assessments of students and assessing them on learning outcomes and regulatory requirements Delivering 4-hour online workshops to students, adhering to existing unit guides About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A Diploma, Bachelor or higher in Counselling, Community Service or a related field Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR a Diploma of Adult Education (or higher) Strong interpersonal communication skills Minimum 2 years of experience working as a counsellor Ability to develop and implement training programs About AIPC The Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC) is a private RTO providing VET and Higher Education specialising in the delivery of external education programs in counselling, and various community services courses.
