Projects: Commercial up to $40m Salary: $70K - $100K Super Location: North West Melbourne Company: My client, a strong Commercial construction business with over 15 years of operation, are best known for their experience delivering a range of commercial projects up to $40m. This business has a strong pipeline of projects coming through in the Northern Suburbs. You will gain experience and guidance from ex Tier 1 leaders who provide their knowledge onto up and coming staff, with a focus on being a close, tight knit team. This builder has a guaranteed pipeline of projects for the next 24 months, with vision to grow into different sectors. Role and Projects: Overseeing the completion of complex commercial and fitout projects, you will be required to manage the contract process from start to finish. With the support of senior commercial & project staff you will be responsible for letting and vetting of subcontractor packages, contractual negotiations, Document control, reporting (EOTS, Progress claims etc) and site assistance. You will be responsible for Services management, engaging with design team and collaborating with team members. This role has a structured pathway to Project Management.
