We work with the latest technology to provide patients with a high standard of modern, individualised clinical care. Currently we are looking to appoint the role of Medical Reception. Reporting to the Practice Manager and assisting our patients as a first point of contact, key duties in the role include: Provide a professionalpatient focused service Assisting with the various needs of staff, patients and doctors Manage and prioritise incoming calls Manage a busy medical practice reception, including medical billing and booking of patient appointment Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor whilst juggling competing demands Maintaining exceptional client service Ideally suiting an individual with experience working within a busy medical reception setting within GP, Specialist, Dental or Allied Health rooms. Equally those offering a strong background in customer facing roles from all industries (ie Banking, Hospitality Accommodation, and Retail) will be equally considered. Extensive training, mentoring, and a competitive hourly rate are on offer. Historically this role has been a pathway towards more senior Medical Administration roles and Medical Secretary roles for those interested in future progression and career pathway in Medical Administration.
