The Pricing Analyst is responsible for delivering weekly market share reports, capturing and maintaining accurate pricing data sets, and serving as the primary pricing contact for the P&C channel. This role requires a deep understanding of pricing mechanisms to develop, adjust, and implement effective pricing plans that optimize revenue, profit and market share growth. Regular pricing reviews will be conducted to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. How you will contribute You will: Work with customer and category teams to develop pricing plans that support the delivery of overall business objectives Complete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing Support customer and category teams by providing regular reporting including volume and market share tracking, in-market pricing changes and promotional performance Monitor revenue realization of any cost price increases Work with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctly Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spend What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge : Commercial and financial acumen and love for numbers.
