This is an exciting opportunity to shape how lived experience informs and drives our organisation at every level. We’re seeking a Family Co-Chair to join our inaugural Lived and Living Experience Authority (LLE Authority) an exciting, sector-leading governance initiative co-designed with consumers, carers, service users and the Wellways Board. This is not business as usual. The LLE Authority represents a new way of thinking about governance, one that values the insights of lived and living experience not just as input, but as leadership. This is a collaborative and ambitious space where flexible thinkers can drive real, lasting change. The LLE Authority is not a token voice, it’s a driving force. Embedded at the highest levels of decision-making, it has real influence to shape organisational strategy, guide cultural transformation and reimagine how we deliver care.
