Job Description About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic and successful team. As a valued member of the Maintenance team and reporting directly to the Planning Superintendent, you will be responsible for: Plan, schedule and monitor the maintenance of Field Equipment at Rolleston Coal to ensure that targeted availabilities are achieved and exceeded Scheduling heavy mobile plant works, including sourcing labour requirements Ensuring plans meet availability requirements Ensuring work is executed within monthly budget structures Management of the mobile maintenance budget and forecasting process which supports the effective cost management of the Maintenance department Promoting innovation and operational enhancements to achieve high performance outcomes Driving performance, safety and productivity of relevant plant and equipment through process improvement Engaging with maintenance personnel and key stakeholders to ensure a ‘hands-on’ approach towards the planning of maintenance workloads About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Have a trade or tertiary qualification in an Engineering discipline Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Project Experience with CAT Excavators and Sandvik Drills or Draglines/Electric Rope Shovel equipment maintenance and familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems, including SAP Experience in similar mining equipment and/or Plant Maintenance role Strong communication skills, excellent organisational and time management skills An overriding commitment to health, safety and environmental responsibilities About Rolleston Open Cut We have worked hard to foster a culture that is guided by our People Values, to ensure our employees feel they belong , are recognised , feel valued and rewarded .
