SDN Childrens Services has been established for 120 years, during this time we have grown to be one of the largest not-for-profit children’s services organisation in Australia. We support our children and families through Children’s Education and Care Centres, Family Support and Disability Services. We currently have outstanding opportunity for experienced qualified Senior Educator to join our SDN Lady Mckell Centre in a permanent full-time capacity – working Monday to Friday. Our Goulburn Centre, known as Lady McKell is a 73 place centre providing high-quality and early childhood education and child care for children from birth to school age. Lady McKell has a rich history and a strong connection with the Goulburn community. Generations of families have attended our centre, and over the years we have been proud to have cultivated a beautiful outdoor environment that all children can share in and learn to care for. About the Job: Working as part of a diverse team that puts children and families first and acknowledges the importance of documenting children’s learning, on a day to day basis you will be: • Providing care and supervision to children in a safe and stimulating environment. • Planning and implementing fun and educational activities that foster developmental growth. • Encouraging creativity, social skills and emotional development through interactive play and learning. • Communicating with families to share milestones and updates on their child’s progress. • Collaborating with a team of passionate educators to build a positive, inclusive learning space.
