You’ll be responsible for coordinating staff orientation, training, and development while maintaining compliance with policy, legislation, and best practice standards. Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines. A strong background in research, teaching, and policy development, along with in-depth knowledge of pharmacy standards, codes of practice, and regulatory requirements.
