The role ensures student outcomes are fair, appropriate and aligned to UOW policies The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with demonstrated experience in delivering specialist advice and support services in a culturally respectful and inclusive manner. They will have high-level problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and the organisational and technical skills necessary to manage complex caseloads under pressure. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential, as is a relevant qualification (e.g., in social work, counselling, law, or education) or equivalent experience in a related field.
