Key Responsibilities You will play an important role in ensuring smooth customer service operations by managing enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams across planning, logistics, and finance. Manage inbound customer enquiries and prepare quotations using Salesforce and SAP Process domestic and export sales orders, ensuring timely acknowledgements and updates Coordinate with internal teams to meet supply timelines and ensure contract compliance Maintain accurate customer data, including pricing, documentation, and PO terms Resolve invoice issues, process credits, and support reconciliation activities Generate service reports, maintain client relationships, and relay feedback to account leads Contribute to internal training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives You You build strong customer relationships and communicate clearly and professionally.
