Description BRIEF Due to exciting growth plans for our Property practice, we are now looking for an Associate to join our Sydney office on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience advising Australian, multinational and global corporate clients, REITs, investors, developers and other private sector clients on all types of property transactions with a particular focus on infrastructure, renewables and transport projects. You will have the ability to work on matters across all Australian jurisdictions, with potential broader APAC region exposure. You will also have the opportunity to work with our growing Transactional Services team. You will be working directly with the team lead for the APAC property practice as well as a special counsel. You will be an important contributor to the success and growth of the property team, with this role providing fantastic career development opportunity. You will need to be a qualified lawyer with 2 to 3 years’ post-qualification experience gained in property law, along with the following skills and attributes: Have demonstrated expertise in commercial property law Strong organisational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure or within tight timeframes Strong communication and interpersonal skills and be commercially aware Attention to detail Ability to work independently Enjoy working in a fast-paced high-performing team, and Bring energy and passion to the role!
