We are currently recruiting for a EUC Systems Engineer - EMM to join our Digital & Technology team. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the organisation’s modern device management platforms are secure, efficient, and aligned with the evolving needs of end users. This role is responsible for the management, deployment, and optimisation of mobile and endpoint device configurations, supporting seamless and secure access to essential applications and services. By maintaining and improving systems such as Microsoft Intune and ConfigMgr, the EUC Systems Engineer - EMM ensures that staff have reliable and consistent technology experiences, ultimately enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality care. With a strong emphasis on automation, policy enforcement, and endpoint security, the EUC Systems Engineer - EMM collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement scalable solutions that enhance device compliance, performance, and user experience. This role bridges traditional on-premises EUC management with cloud-based modern management, supporting the organisation’s digital transformation while maintaining operational continuity. Through proactive problem-solving and strategic improvements, the EUC Systems Engineer - EMM helps drive efficiency, security, and innovation - ensuring technology serves as an enabler rather than an obstacle in delivering exceptional care. To be successful in this role you will have experience supporting large complex Microsoft network environments, and experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor technical teams. PC hardware and peripherals knowledge and skills. application packaging and deployment. ITIL Service Desk environment. usage of systems configuration and change management processes and documentation. Whilst not essential, an understanding of Microsoft 365 products and services, and/or Microsoft certification will be highly desirable. This position will be offered as a full time, permanent role based out of our Brisbane (preferred), Sydney or Melbourne Brisbane offices.
