2 x Full Time, Continuing roles Reception role for Student Wellbeing, screening and supporting students accessing services and complaints Base Salary $86,511 17% superannuation About the opportunity As the Wellbeing Administration Officer , you will be the welcoming face to Student Wellbeing, ensuring students and patients are supported and directed to link in with the appropriate services. Acting as the first point of contact for the Student Wellbeing teams (Counselling, Inclusion and Disability, Safer Communities) and the wider University community, including complaints, you’ll play a key role in screening for risk/ safety, problem solving, keeping daily operations running smoothly for all services and ensuring escalations as required. Your key responsibilities will be to: work in a collaborative and cohesive team environment reporting into the Manager, Student Wellbeing Engagement and Systems proactively screen, address, and escalate health and safety concerns/complaints related to university teams provides general administrative services and operational support to the work areas, including managing appointments and enquiries, managing records, supporting finance processes, and handling reporting coordinates meetings and events and provides conference support for Student Wellbeing About you tertiary qualifications and relevant working experience demonstrated experience working in a patient facing administrative role within a fast-paced environment, with experience working in an allied health practice highly desirable knowledge of and experience working with CRM and practice management/booking systems skilled in collaborative and inclusive forms of communication, with an emphasis on respect, clarity, and professionalism Mental Health First Aid certification would be highly desirable language skills alongside English would be highly desirable a valid Working With Children Check or an ability to obtain one.
