Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Full-time temporary up to 20/2/26 About the Role The Surgery Advanced Nurse Consultant provides operational management and support to the Surgical Nurse Leads & NUM's within CALHN Surgery We are looking for an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Consultant to provide clinical leadership and drive excellence across our surgical program. In this key role, you will utilise your advanced nursing knowledge to ensure consistency, safety and high standards of care across all nursing areas. You will play an integral role in the development and implementation of clinical governance frameworks, contribute to nursing policy and procedure, and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. As a Level 4 clinician, you will operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability, delivering expert clinical support for both individual patients and broader patient groups. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient flow and access, lead improvement projects, and provide strategic advice on accreditation, risk management, and systems development.
