A quick learner with a keen eye for detail, able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of a busy healthcare practice. Strong customer service orientation, committed to providing a positive and memorable experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and procedures, or a willingness to learn and grow in this dynamic field. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Proficient in using various office software and technologies, including electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
