You’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing heavy earthmoving equipment across Tier 1 and Tier 2 sites. Working hands-on with a supportive crew that knows their craft, you’ll tackle diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and breakdowns on a diverse fleet including CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, and Hitachi machinery. Cert III in Mobile Plant (or equivalent) Drivers Licence: Minimum C Class Manual or higher High Risk Work Licence: Forklift, EWP, Dogging (bonus points) Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets National Police Check (within 3 months) Strong commitment to safety Schlam Cru specialises in providing skilled tradespersons for the repair and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment on mine sites across WA’s Pilbara and Goldfields regions.
