A bout the Role UGL is seeking Electrical S26 Supervisors for an upcoming shutdown in the Pilbara, WA. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and Lead\: Directly manage and lead a team of E&I or SMP tradespeople to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks. Safety Compliance\: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all SMP activities adhere to industry safety standards and company policies. Quality Assurance\: Monitor and inspect E&I and SMP installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations. Resource Allocation\: Efficiently utilise resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements and deadlines. Communication\: Foster effective communication within the SMP team and collaborate with other superintendent and project manager to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression. Problem Solving\: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to E&I and SMP activities, providing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles. Documentation\: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of E&I and SMP activities, including daily reports, and any required project documentation. About You: You will inspire your team, draw on their diverse skills and create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another.
