About the Role We’re looking for Dishwashers to join our airline catering team at Brisbane Airport. Your main role will be to ensure all dishes, trays, utensils, and kitchen tools are thoroughly washed, sanitised, and returned to the right place to keep the kitchen running smoothly. You’ll work in a large commercial kitchen environment and be responsible for the cleanliness of essential kitchen items. This role suits someone who enjoys physical work, staying busy, and being part of a fast-moving, reliable team. Full training is provided, and shifts are offered across mornings, afternoons, and nights. Who’s the Client? Your Responsibilities As a Dishwasher, your main tasks will include: Operating industrial dishwashing equipment to clean trays, utensils, and cookware Sorting and stacking clean dishes and returning them to the correct stations Ensuring sanitising procedures meet aviation food safety standards Keeping the dishwashing and surrounding areas clean and tidy Assisting with waste removal and general cleaning duties Supporting the kitchen team by ensuring supplies are ready when needed The Must-Haves To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Reliability and a strong work ethic Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift during long shifts A focus on hygiene and safety procedures Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Ability to pass a medical check and police clearance Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is helpful but not required A team-focused attitude and willingness to learn Who Are We?
