Position Overview The Production Planner/Estimator plays a critical role in coordinating production activities and ensuring timely, cost-effective project delivery. This position combines production scheduling, estimating, procurement coordination, and technical support to align engineering and manufacturing outputs with customer expectations and internal performance standard. Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to close Coordinate teams, resources, budgets, and timelines Maintain communication with clients and key stakeholders Ensure safety, quality, and compliance requirements are met Report on performance and project milestones About You 5 years’ project management experience Background in defence, mining, or manufacturing Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Project or Primavera Eligible for AGSVA security clearance (Australian citizenship required) Why Join Shadbolt?
