Duties: Due to ongoing demand for their Building Management services and a lead-flow that cant be managed by this time-poor Director, this is a stellar role. Managing leads handed across and identifying opportunities for new business across Residential, Commercial and Government your duties will include: Researching potential opportunities using available company tools, such as BCI, tender search, and tenders.net sites Liaising with and presenting to Owners Corporations, Strata Committee members, Strata Managers and other potential clientele Leading the full sales process, from initial outreach to proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals Collaborating with internal teams to create precise tender responses, service delivery agreements, and customized solutions for clients Managing your pipeline of prospects Providing monthly reports on the status of pending requests and updates on upcoming meetings Specific requirements: To excel in this role, you should have a proven history in Business Development Management within the Strata or Building Management space, as well as: A strong understanding of the Facilities and Building Management industry, including both hard and soft services.
