We pride ourselves on delivering quality dishes using fresh, local produce and are seeking someone who can maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu and daily specials. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning and seasonal updates. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in line with food safety standards (HACCP). Manage stock control, including ordering, rotation, and minimizing waste. Work effectively under pressure during peak service periods. Uphold the restaurant’s standards of professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. At least 1-2 years’ experience as a Chef in a similar fast-paced restaurant. Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. Passion for fresh ingredients and culinary excellence.
