About the role The Finance Officer will manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice creation, payment processing, and account reconciliations. They will maintain accurate financial records, investigate discrepancies, and support debt recovery. Key stakeholders include internal teams and external suppliers. Skills & experience Cert III in Accounts Administration Proven experience in accounts practices, processes, and systems Strong customer service and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Excellent problem-solving, prioritisation, and organisational abilities High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Duties & responsibilities Manage accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and resolving discrepancies. Handle accounts receivable tasks, such as invoicing, debt recovery, and managing overdue payments. Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and ISO management system requirements, including Quality, Environment, Safety, and Information Security. Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace that supports mental health and well-being. Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager and senior team members.
