About the Role We are looking for a confident and proactive Candidate Resourcer/Lead Generator to support our recruitment team in identifying top talent across the construction sector - both blue and white collar. This is a phone-based role focused on sourcing, qualifying, and updating candidate information to support our consultants in making timely and informed decisions. You'll be working through a range of targeted candidate lists to uncover great talent, generate leads, and maintain the integrity of our Bullhorn database. Key Responsibilities; Call candidates from targeted lists to identify top talent using the 4 R's (Relevant company, Recent experience, Relevant job title, Reasonable tenure) Submit suitable candidates to consultants across each office Update key fields in the CRM system (location, job title, contact info, industry, current employer, salary, etc.) Generate leads such as hiring activity or new contacts Work through candidate lists using a provided call script, tagging relevant consultants and managers with notes and candidate insights. Use your initiative to find missing information if contact can't be made Why Marble?
