About Your New Role As the Quality Management Officer, you will support the Coordinator Business Support to drive continuous improvement and elevate the performance of our Business Support team. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall capability of the team by identifying training needs, implementing targeted upskilling initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Your efforts will ensure the Branch is providing consistent service to the organisation, through the creation of processes, monitoring service standards and capabilities. Additionally, you will leverage new technologies to solve problems and provide efficient solutions, as well as use data and analytics to offer insights and support evidence-based decision making. We're Looking For People Who Have To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Bachelor Degree of Business or equivalent knowledge and experience High level analytical/creative skills in developing solutions in a business support environment Detailed knowledge (or ability to rapidly acquire) of organisational policies, procedures, programs and practices Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication and influencing skills to engage key stakeholders and negotiate timeframes and priorities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of business support outcomes Ability to develop innovative solutions and/or contribute to the development of ideas that improve business support outcomes, through consultation and collaboration Demonstrated experience in the utilisation of a diverse range of tools and software with proficiency in leveraging applications, including spreadsheets, databases, and enterprise software, to enhance operational efficiency and achieve successful outcomes Experience in process improvement and creation, with an understanding of the importance of governance in a large organisation Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to enhance problem-solving and efficiency A data-driven approach, utilising information and analytics to provide insights and support evidence-based decision making How to apply For more information, view the position brief by clicking the paperclip icon in the top right corner of this screen.
