Key Responsibilities: Lead all APRA prudential regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with Australian financial services regulations Oversee IFRS 17 and IFRS 16 journal entries, reconciliations, and system integrations Manage tax obligations including provision, returns, and audits (Income Tax, CbC, DTA, etc.) Partner with actuaries, auditors, and consultants to deliver accurate, timely statutory reports Review financial statements, manage treasury, and support business planning Provide leadership and oversight to a collaborative finance team Contribute to ongoing process optimisation and ERP (Workday) system enhancements What We're Looking For: CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Finance or Accounting Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services or insurance sector Solid experience in AUSGAAP, USGAAP, and IFRS 17 (AASB 17) Proven track record in tax reporting and liaising with regulatory bodies Strong Excel skills and experience with Workday (bonus) Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities Why Join Us?
