Reporting into our inspirational Head of Marketing Campaigns, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Brand Manager. What You’ll Do: Campaign Execution: Support in the execution of end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to briefing creative teams to managing timelines, in-restaurant VM planning and execution Campaign Management: Own and manage small-scale campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Brand Documentation: Develop key brand documents, campaign briefs, and performance reviews. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives Reporting & Insights: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive future success. Brand Consistency: Ensure the Grill’d brand is represented accurately across all key touch points, including in-restaurant collateral. Brand & Partnerships Support: Assist in the execution of brand partnerships, to enhance Grill’d’s presence. What We’re Looking For: Tertiary qualification in Marketing (or related field). 2 years of marketing experience (FMCG, QSR, retail, or hospitality preferred). Strong campaign execution skills – developing briefs, reviewing creative, and tracking results. Analytical mindset – ability to assess sales data and report on campaign impact. Digital skills – proficiency in Excel and understanding of paid, owned, and earned media models. Creative judgment and strong communication skills.
