The Role: We are seeking a Finance Director supporting the Global Supply Chain and Quality (GOSCQ) organization to join our team. This role leads finance efforts to drive business performance improvements within the GOSCQ organization for the Material Solutions (MS) Division. Reporting directly to the VP Finance GOSCQ, the Director partners with the VP GOSCQ MS Division and the MS Division Finance team to achieve financial goals and strategies, playing a key role in the finance organization. About MS: MS provides advanced consumable materials such as CMP slurries and pads, deposition materials, process chemistries, and gases, among others, to the semiconductor and high-technology industries. MS solutions enable customer roadmaps, improve device performance, lower costs, and enhance yields. The manufacturing footprint includes over 20 sites in the US and Asia, managing finance processes to optimize P&L, CapEx, and inventory results. What You'll Do: Accountable for the financial results of the MS global manufacturing network. Lead the Productivity Governance board for the MS Division. Influence the S&OP process to align supply volume expectations and finance objectives to maximize capacity utilization and balance inventory levels. Lead month-end closing, forecasting, and AOP cycles for the MS GOSCQ Division. Drive process improvements for accurate financial predictions and results. Develop an operating system to drive efficient capital allocation and improve inventory management, working with MS Division and corporate teams. Promote communication and collaboration across GOSCQ and division finance teams for better forecasting, insight, and risk management. Partner with GOSCQ leadership to set operational KPIs and targets. Attract, retain, and develop a high-performance team. Lead activities to develop financial acumen across the GOSCQ organization. Ensure adherence to financial policies and promote new policy implementation as needed. What We Seek: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Graduate degree preferred). 10 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in Operations, Supply Chain Finance, or related leadership roles. Preferably experience in manufacturing or technology industries. Experience managing geographically distributed teams; global experience is a plus. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP BPC and OneStream are advantageous. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
