We are seeking a Digital Identity Lead to manage our identity and access management (IAM) team across both consulting and managed services. This pivotal role will shape and deliver identity strategies, solutions and operations for a broad client base across industry sectors, aligned with security frameworks, compliance obligations, and digital transformation goals. The successful candidate will lead a team delivering full lifecycle IAM services—including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Directory Services (AD/Azure AD), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Federation—leveraging market-leading technologies such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Delinea, BeyondTrust, One Identity, and Microsoft. Key Responsibilities: Work with Senior Management to define and execute the strategic roadmap for Digital Identity services across advisory and operational domains Mentor a cross-functional team delivering identity transformation and ongoing managed services Engage stakeholders to develop scalable, secure identity architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles Guide the delivery of identity transformation engagements, including assessments, architecture design, solution implementation, and program management Oversee deployment of IAM technologies across IGA, PAM, directory integration, authentication, and access lifecycle management Provide strategic advice to clients on regulatory compliance, identity risk, and security maturity uplift Oversee day-to-day operations of managed identity services Ensure services are aligned to compliance standards including ISO 27001, NIST, Essential Eight, SOX, and GDPR Support access certification, audit reporting, identity lifecycle control monitoring, and policy enforcement Qualifications & Experience: 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management across strategy, implementation, and operations Proven experience working in IAM or Digital Identity teams, ideally within consulting or MSSP environments Deep understanding of IGA, PAM, Directory Services, Federation, and cloud identity (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping) Familiarity with platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, One Identity, and Microsoft Entra/MIM Strong understanding of integration and automation Excellent management, stakeholder engagement, and technical communication skills Familiarity with Mainframe (RACF and/or ACF2) preferred Desirable Qualifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CyberArk Defender/Sentry, SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator) Experience implementing Zero Trust identity architectures and integrating IAM with enterprise security platforms (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, etc.) Experience delivering IAM programs in regulated sectors such as government, financial services, and healthcare You must have the ability to obtain a Government security clearance.
