About the Role As a Casual Educator, you will: Step into rooms across all age groups as needed Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate care Work collaboratively with the permanent team to support routines, programming, and transitions Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Be available to work a range of shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday What You’ll Need Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards it) Current Working with Children Check (Employee) First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (HLTAID012 or equivalent) Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate Experience in a childcare environment (preferred) Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude Key Benefits Casual rates : $33.53 – $41.30 per hour Laundry allowance on top of your pay Flexible working hours to suit your availability Access to professional development through our learning platform Supportive and inclusive team environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Opportunities to join permanent roles as they become available Busy Bees at Belmont is a vibrant 124-place centre with a dedicated team and strong community connections.
