Responsibilities Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff Follow schedules and prioritise tasks including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising Guide, mentor and train the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices Inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions Laise with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates Benefits Access prerequisite training to excel in your role.
