Project Details Due to continued growth and increasing scope of works, Whittens are actively recruiting experienced 2:1 FIFO Formwork Forepersons to commence on our FRP project in regional NSW . These roles will be responsible for supervising the construction crews, ensuring all construction works are executed safely, efficiently and effectively meeting client, HSE, quality, time, budget and contractual requirements. Essential Requirements Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a self-performing civil contractor. Experience working away on remote civil construction sites. Knowledge and experience with DOKA formwork tunnel systems Capable of operating in a fast paced and frequently changing work environment while undertaking a variety of tasks as directed by line management. A strong commitment to working safely. Be schedule driven and results orientated with an excellent work ethic with demonstrated supervisory skills. Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including a Drug & Alcohol Screen.
