As Australia’s leading eCommerce 3PL provider, we are looking for a hands-on and proactive Work Health & Safety Partner to drive our safety-first culture and lead WH&S strategy and systems across our fast-paced operations. About the Role: This 12-month fixed term role will see you collaborate with leaders, contractors, and frontline team members to embed a culture of safety across all sites. You’ll be responsible for developing WH&S frameworks, supporting injury management, and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice. Key Responsibilities Drive a proactive safety culture and support site-based leaders in WH&S practices Develop and maintain WH&S strategies, policies, and reporting frameworks Conduct risk assessments, audits, analyse safety and incident trends and implement risk controls Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs Maintain and train teams on the WH&S online management portal Keep the business informed on legislative changes and WH&S developments What You’ll Bring Formal qualifications in Work Health & Safety or related field (minimum Cert IV in WHS) Proven WH&S experience in fast-paced environments (logistics, warehousing or manufacturing preferred) Sound understanding of WH&S legislation and compliance requirements Highly developed written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills – you're confident influencing stakeholders at all levels A practical, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for making an impact Why Join Us?
