About The Role As a Speech Pathologist at ORS, you’ll: Deliver high-quality services to participants with various diagnoses and disability types, focusing on complex communication (including high-tech AAC prescription), swallowing difficulties and complex behavioursWork across diverse settings, including family homes, schools, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS officesBuild lasting relationships with your clients, enhancing their communication, independence, and celebrating their achievementsBe a skilled generalist or focus into Early Childhood Services, Positive Behaviour Support, or speech pathology clinical areas within your caseload.Be a pivotal member of your site’s multidisciplinary team MDT What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualifications in Speech PathologyRegistration with SPAExperience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (desired)A car and driver’s licenceA National Police Clearance, Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client-facing roles (or the willingness to obtain one before commencement) What We Offer We understand how important it is to maintain balance in your life.
