Reporting to the Client Service Manager, you will lead a skilled team supporting families at risk of entering the child protection system. Your leadership will empower the team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed case management that promotes safety, strengthens relationships, and helps families thrive. More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading and managing an established multidisciplinary team Embedding trauma-informed, child-focused practices across service delivery Ensuring compliance with practice frameworks, legislative requirements and service standards Analysing program data and evaluation outcomes to drive improvements and identify system gaps Building collaborative partnerships with government, NGOs, and other YFS teams (e.g. housing, DFV) Advocating for systemic change and sustainable support solutions in a high-demand environment Overseeing professional development, supervision, and operational planning for your team To read the full position description, click here About You To qualify, you will need a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or a related discipline . A minimum of 3 years in a leadership or senior practitioner role is essential.
