Shadforth is currently looking for experienced Excavator Operators to join our Pipe Crews as we continue to deliver large scale subdivision projects in Greenbank. In this role, you'll be part of a small, supportive team responsible for installing stormwater, sewer, and mains infrastructure for a master-planned community project. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: SIDE EXCAVATOR OPERATORS Skilled in operating 20 tonne plus machines with demonstrated experience of lifting operations using excavator competent around shoring box work and deep excavations Able to work in a team environment Ability to work in confined area. Follow supervisor and pipelayer directions Knowledge of hand signals and instructions work to industry standards. LEAD EXCAVATOR OPERATORS Competent around shoring box work and deep excavations Able to bench trenches to industry standards Experienced in excavating around existing services and teams Knowledge and ability to use GPS - desirable but not essential To be successful in this role, you will need: 2 years’ experience in the Civil Construction, ideally working on subdivisons Ability to operate using GPS Relevant and current tickets and licences Your own transport Ability to work 6.30am-5:00pm five days a week with Saturdays as required What's in it for you?
