Eligibility: Open to Year 10 students (or Year 9 students applying for next year) About the Role: Subway Elkhorn Surfers Paradise is looking for enthusiastic high school students in Year 10 (or Year 9 students applying to start next year in Year 10) to join their team as School-Based Trainees. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop essential business skills, and work towards a Certificate III in Business. The location is easily accessible by public transport, with a tram station close by, making it convenient for students to travel. What You’ll Do: - Serve customers and provide an excellent experience. - Assist in making Subway's famous sandwiches. - Learn how to handle payments using EFTPOS and cash. - Ensure the store remains clean and organized. Requirements: - Must be in Year 10, or Year 9 and ready to start next year. - Available to skip one school day per week (Monday to Friday). - Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn. - Must have reliable transportation to get to the store (convenient public transport options available).
