About the role: You will be working on a range of civil litigation matters including child protection and injury work. Have a good understanding of Court Procedures and Rules. The ideal candidate: Associate to Senior Associate ( 3-7 PQE ). A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records. Experience in government or public sector disputes. A positive “can-do” attitude, and strong analytical and written communication skills.
