This Wholesale Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our wholesale telecommunications services, ensuring the efficient delivery, support, and performance of carrier and partner services. This role plays a key part in managing wholesale provisioning, service assurance, partner relationships, and operational compliance across all wholesale channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical, and commercial acumen within the telecommunications sector. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end wholesale operational workflows including service delivery, provisioning, stock control, fault management, and escalation processes. Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale carrier partners and resellers, ensuring SLA compliance and operational excellence. Oversee team performance and productivity across provisioning, support, and service management functions. Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to streamline operational processes and support new product rollouts. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Monitor system performance, provisioning timelines, and service delivery metrics; generate regular operational reports. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, wholesale agreements, and internal risk frameworks. Manage incident response and escalations, working with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex technical or operational issues. Over-see Stock Control. Manage the Company Webstore. Conduct regular reviews of partner performance, processes, and deliverables. Requirements: 5 years’ experience in operations, with a focus on wholesale or carrier services. Strong understanding of network provisioning, fiber infrastructure, VoIP, mobile services, or wholesale billing. Proven experience managing teams and building relationships with wholesale providers or enterprise customers. Solid understanding of SLAs, fault resolution frameworks, and ticketing/workforce management systems. Exceptional organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking. Ability to navigate complex technical environments and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in managing compliance obligations with ACMA, TIO, and other regulatory bodies. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, Engineering, or related field is a strong plus. Experience with API integrations, provisioning automation. Background in a telco aggregator, ISP, or wholesale voice/data carrier.
