We have two positions available, one in Urology and one in ENT depending on where your experience lies. Job Details Permanent fulltime position Located close to public transport Excellent salary and benefits You will be working for a fantastic private hospital based in Melbourne's Northern suburbs and alongside the Nurse Unit Manager lead the fantastic team of Nurses in this unit. As the ANUM you will: Provide clinical leadership and operational support to the perioperative team Drive a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement Coordinate the safe and effective delivery of patient-centred care Be accountable for resource management (staffing, financial, material) Support clinical audits and quality initiatives Maintain strong, professional relationships with VMO partners Provide direct patient care as needed The hospital has recently completed a major redevelopment with new state of the art theatres, expanded services so now is the perfect time to join the team. On top of this the hospital has a new 4 bed high dependency unit, onsite consulting suites and pharmacy, day surgery admissions area and an onsite cafe.
