Human Resources Business Partner – Permanent opportunity An exciting opportunity has opened up for a HR Business Partner to join a close-knit and high-performing People & Culture team based in Adelaide. This is a fulltime permanent role, offering great benefits. You'll play a key role in supporting a diverse, multi-skilled workforce across blue and white-collar environments, partnering with client groups located across Australia, working alongside the Senior BP. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex case management, ER/IR matters, and workplace investigations Partner closely with an experienced Senior HR BP in a highly collaborative capacity Drive cultural and performance initiatives that align with organisational goals Identify high-potential employees and development opportunities. Plan for future leadership needs. Ensure business units comply with employment laws and internal policies. Provide interpretation of HR policies and procedures. About You: You’re a seasoned HR professional with deep expertise across strategic HR, employee relations, and business partnering. You're confident navigating complex environments and ready to make an immediate impact.
