Ideal for those with advanced understanding of mental health diagnoses (including, but not limited to; schizophrenia, personality disorder, anxiety, depression) and the complexities of risk management and systemic influences. The role includes offering guidance and consultation to less experienced therapists and therefore may need support to build confidence in this area and increase understandings of trauma informed approaches.
