About the Role In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll be working closely with our project and site teams to manage contracts from negotiation through to completion. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring everything runs smoothly—on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities End-to-end contract administration for head and sub-contracts Contract negotiation, procurement, and documentation management Support estimating and cost planning including take-offs Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance, budget control, and risk management across projects About You 3 years experience in a similar Contracts Admin role within SEQ Experience in multi-residential or high-rise projects highly regarded Strong contract negotiation and management skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Team player with clear and confident communication skills Competency with estimating processes and take-offs Why Join Us?
